This research “Alcohol and Family: Study Alcohol in Dimension of Family” is the sub – project of “Potation writing: social status in Phayao province”. The objective of this research article aims to 1) Explore the status of knowledge and development of alcohol in family dimension2) to synthesize knowledge and development of alcohol in family dimensions. This research is a study through qualitative research methods. In the form of documented studies based on theory and research papers associated with binge drinking, the process edits analysis, synthesis, and discussion through the theoretical framework of Michelle Fugot's discourse analysis. The study concluded that the drinking situation in Phayao Province, as the no.1 record of drinking, was campaigned on rules, regulations, and projects in 1997, and that it could reduce the order from the highest drinking statistics. These mechanisms have used the power to manage it. This resulted in the creation of a meaningful sense of binge drinking in a changing dimension from the past.
